The energy sector is a very specialised industry and to have courses built without having highly experienced SMEs on hand adds cost and time to a project.
Our SMEs are all trained in using the latest e-learning rapid development software, backed by media specialists. Because they know the industry, should they ever require extra help then they have long lists of experienced contacts to call upon.
An added bonus of having our own SMEs is that our courses are far more relevant to the operatives in the field as they are written by individuals who have actually done the process they are writing about; we can take a subject and turn it into great learning material as one of our key differentiators is our practical approach to these subjects.
