Up to half a million people in the UK suffer from work related stress, often resulting in illness and with over 105 million work days lost each year as a result of stress, it is the second most commonly reported work related illness.
This Stress Management course will look at the symptoms of stress and suggest some management techniques on with how to control these stressful periods in your life, whether at work or home as well as looking after your health.
The course will also look at the reasons for stressful situations and help you select better lifestyle choices and work life balances to help manage stressful times.
