Manual Handling
This course is intended to give an overview of Manual Handling in the oil and gas industry. You need no prior knowledge before taking this module and, although there are some basic elements of information, the course may be used as a refresher by all levels of staff.

At the end of the course you will be able to define Manual Handling, explain why awareness is important and how to avoid injury, demonstrate how to lift correctly and be able to successfully assess lifting operations.
