Our services cover the full range of e-learning and training development criteria, however it is ‘how’ we create training that sets our services apart:
- Our SMEs - Subject Matter Experts. We can take a subject and turn it into great learning material, and one of our key differentiators is our practical approach to these subjects. In many cases we have experience of the situation or equipment concerned.
- When a client provides us with data, we don’t just turn it into a training course - we critique that information. If it isn’t good enough, we tell our clients and help them to provide concise information!
- We use Rapid Development Tools, so that we don’t have to fuss at all with the structure of the learning modules. The look, feel and navigation are designed once for the client. This makes it easier to use and faster to build.
- We add animations, video, and audio to enhance the learning experience.
- We keep things simple but effective.
In addition we have a global reach; we are based in Norfolk in the United Kingdom but, with the Internet being so widely accessible, we have a presence all over the world. We have our core in-house team and have remote workers in the UK, the US, Phillipines and can count on others when the right work presents itself. Clients are provided with their own work areas enabling collaboration and sharing of data in a secure way for production and review. With our web-enabled interactive Smart Board we can deliver instruction led courses from the comfort of our own training room.
We know that our courses have been accessed in the following remote places around the world, in addition to large corporate HQs:
- a remote office in Yemen,
- a villa in Abu Dhabi,
- a small hotel 200 kms from Moscow in Russia,
- a bustling cafe in Singapore – and,
- in our own office via a remote mobile internet connection at a speed of at least 128 kbps (This is a minimum and is discussed with each client’s specific requirements)
