Instructional Designer

The purpose of this varied role is to produce high quality interactive computer based courses from our offices in Loddon, near Norwich. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £20,000 to £24,000 pa depending on experience.

We are open to suitably experienced candidates in the Aberdeen area who wish to work from home or possibly a satellite office.

This post would suit a trained Instructional Designer who is looking to gain further experience and to further develop their skills.

Key Skills:
• A proven track record in E-Learning development (minimum 1 years experience)
• Excellent written and oral English skills 
• Competent in the use of Microsoft software packages, in particular PowerPoint 
• Trained in the use of leading E-Learning development software
• Ability to develop E-Learning material from supplied storyboards

In addition to the prerequisites mentioned above we are also interested in the following desirable skills:

• Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new software 
• Creative thinker with ability to use initiative when required 
• Capability to adhere to strict deadlines, prioritise and work under pressure 
• Ability to work on own, as part of a team or lead a team
• Ability to proof own work

E-Learning development experience is essential, however we do envisage the applicants for this post are at a point in their career where they do still require training to fill out their skill-set.
